"The Connolly Core Abdominal Routine: the fastest, most effective way, to strong functional abs!"

"I developed this core routine several years ago for members of the US. Ski Team. Since then it has been adopted by 100s of other athletes. Start slow with low reps (@6 per exercise) and progress as high as you feel comfortable at no more than 2 reps per week. I suggest starting the entire rotation with one set on week one and increase one set per week until you reach four or don't have enough time."
